Custom Hand-Painted Graduation Cap or Topper (Complex Design)

Congrats to the grad!

For custom graduation caps or toppers, I paint the design directly on the cap or on a thick piece of paper! No computers, mass printing, or copying involved. I have a collection of black graduation caps (unisex, one size fits all), but if you need a green, blue, or any other color let me know and I will order the color you need (this adds another week to production). I hand-cut all of my toppers as well, if you already have your own cap!

I have changed my prices a bit to reflect the time and effort it takes to complete a cap! Please respect my changes and allow me to make the final decision :)
⭑Simple Cap: A simple design, maximum 2-3 hours for completion 
⭑Complex Cap: A design that we work with more in-depth, average 4-8+ hours for completion

I will work with you! Here is what to expect:
✩ First Consultation: 
     Send me a description of what you'd like! It can be just description or photos for inspiration. I will communicate back and forth with you via e-mail until we come to a conclusion about what the cap should look like. The faster your responses, the faster production time!
✩ Sketch:
     I will sketch out the graduation cap with a couple possibilities and send them to you, then we can work further and get it narrowed down to the final product.
✩ Steps:
     I will send you steps as I begin painting! If I am not sure about a certain color, shape, position, or add-on (such as stickers or glitter), I will ask you before I procede.
✩ Final Product:
     Hooray! The final cap will be sent to you for one last consultation before I seal it with a matte (or gloss, depending on your preference) sealant and send it off. Here if you'd like to add anything or change any color please let me know before I seal it. 
✩ Done!
     Hooray! I will send you your cap and you can flaunt it down the cat-walk to graduation! ༘ ೀ⋆｡˚

Materials:
✩ Graduation cap (black, unisex, one size fits all). If you need a specialty color, I can order it but it will be an extra 3-4 business days. OR topper (posterboard, slightly thicker than cardstock, cut 9.5 x 9.5 inches with a hole in the middle (the hole will be a tight fit around the button to get the most professional looking topper))
✩ Acrylic paints
✩ Matte finishing spray

Timing:
✩ Consultation: 1 day, plus more throughout the process
✩ Painting: 1-2 weeks
✩ Shipping: 3-4 business days (in the US)
✩✩ Total time (on average): 2-4 weeks

Refunds:
If I cannot complete your graduation cap for whatever reason, I will refund your money.
As the artist, I "[have] the right to deny any commission regardless of reason". To prevent this, please send me a message before purchasing so I can confirm if I can complete the order or not!
Once a graduation cap is mailed to you, if you do not like it or it became damaged in the mail, return it to me and I will refund you once the cap has been returned.
